I have worked with most of the team members for several events related to Business Meetings and ticketing for the Pediatric Oncology East and Mediterranean (POEM) Group since 2014 till date. One incident that I would like to mention. We had a Business Meeting for POEM Group in Pune-India last year. While there, we heard news about closing the Lebanese Airport. I immediately called Akram at midnight Dubai time for confirmation of our flights that was the next day and the day after. Romina had to go to office at midnight to work on changing our tickets. Akram and Romina stayed online with me for 5 hours till we confirmed all tickets and changed others.
